nature: flowering bush
This bush just started having flowers on it in the last day. Its got a pretty strong almost lilacy smell to it that floats up into my window. I don't know what kind of bush it is!

it looks like a white lilac bush. which would explain the lilac-ey smell you're getting. there are white lilacs, and a few different shades of purple. rochester has tons of lilacs, hence the name "the flower city", and our annual lilac festival.
i'm so jealous. our lilacs were done blooming a couple of months ago. :(
