On the other side of my livingroom, there are bookshelves that are decorated with various things and also holds books. I love how these inexpensive shelves match the light wood on the futons so nicely. There's a 3rd shelf on the wall in the kitchen with extra vases and cookbooks on it. We've coupled the light wood and purpleness of the livingroom with soft silver lamps, and I love them. There's a fireplace on the 3rd wall.
