
(meat or vegetarian)
1 T. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin strips (or seitan strips for vegetarian)
1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's Condensed Beef broth (or vegetable broth)
1 C. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (tamari or soy sauce for vegetarian)
3 C. uncooked corkscrew pasta or egg noodles
1/2 C. sour cream
Heat oil in skiillet. Add beef or seitan and cook until browned, juices evaporate, stir often. Add soup, broth, water, Worcestershire and pasta. Heat to a boil. Cook over medium heat 15 min. or until done, stirring. Add sour cream. Heat through.
